With four available, each suite offers a spacious retreat adorned with floor-to-ceiling glass, ensuring abundant natural light and a modern ambiance. Enjoy the convenience of 24/7 building access and keyed office locks for added privacy and security. Optional partial furnishing is available for a nominal fee. Lease agreement required.
Conference
Room
Elevate your meetings and presentations in our spacious Conference Room. Accommodating up to 15 people, this oversized room is equipped with an 85-inch smart TV, Bluetooth ceiling speakers with subwoofer, teleconferencing capabilities, and remote-controlled blackout shades. Additionally, it can be configured as a classroom or training center, complete with a lecture podium. Setup fee applies.
Greater Desks
Discover unparalleled office flexibility tailored to your needs with our Greater Desks. Ideal for those seeking a dedicated workspace without the commitment of a full office lease, our four available desks provide ample room for productivity. Equipped with comfortable task chairs and desktop power supply, each desk includes access to all GreaterWorx Amenities and 24/7 building access. Choose between a non-reserved desk or reserve yours today!

Hot Desks
Escape the mundane and embrace a change of scenery with our Hot Desks, available for as low as $20 per day. Perfect for professionals on the go, each of our five comfortable lounge-style chairs features a movable armrest desktop and power station. Enjoy access to all GreaterWorx Amenities during business hours (8 a.m. - 6 p.m.). Rentals are subject to terms and conditions.
